Job summary

Auxesis Review Corp is hiring a Solar Sales Specialist for our residential solar team in the Bicutan area of Paranaque. You will identify prospective homeowners, educate them on solar energy, and guide them from initial consultation through installation.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, plus experience explaining technical and financial concepts in clear terms. This role requires hybrid work in Parañaque with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar sales or consultative sales is preferred.
• Able to explain technical and financial information in simple terms.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willing to work in a hybrid model in Paranaque.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify residential solar leads via referrals, outreach, and marketing channels.
• Conduct homeowner consultations to assess energy needs and budget.
• Educate customers on solar systems, financing, warranties, and timelines.
• Review energy bills to propose suitable solar solutions.
• Prepare customized solar proposals and financial projections.
• Explain financing options and negotiate closures.
• Coordinate with design, permitting, installation, and customer service teams.
