Job summary

LIFESTONE-CONSTRUCTION CO. in the Calabarzon area is seeking a Site Engineer / Site Architect to supervise and inspect ongoing housing projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specs.

You will coordinate with managers, contractors, and suppliers to keep timelines and quality standards on track. The role requires a Civil Engineer or Architect background, at least 1 year in house construction, strong organization and communication skills, and willingness to travel to various project sites.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect preferred; non-licensed but highly experienced candidates welcome.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in house construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to various project sites as needed.
• Preferably with a valid driver's license.
• Preferably owns a motorcycle or vehicle.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect ongoing construction projects to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Monitor daily accomplishments and report site progress to management.
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material estimates.
• Identify labor, materials, and time requirements for assigned tasks.
• Assist in project scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
