Ideal candidates have 1+ year in house construction, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of local codes and permitting processes. Willingness to work at multiple project sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect or highly experienced non-licensed candidate.
• At least 1 year of relevant house construction experience.
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting process.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Willing to be assigned to various project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect ongoing construction projects for compliance with plans and specs.
• Monitor daily progress and report site updates to management.
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material estimates.
• Identify labor, materials and time requirements for tasks.
• Assist in scheduling, progress tracking and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and suppliers for smooth site operations.
