Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
• Relevant experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in engineering design software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Licensed Engineer and Certified Safety Officer 2 preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Supervise day-to-day site operations including workforce management and material usage
• Interpret and review engineering drawings and technical specs for accurate implementation
• Prepare and maintain engineering and progress reports
• Monitor project schedules to ensure timelines are met
• Coordinate material deliveries, verify quality and quantity, ensure proper storage
• Ensure workmanship meets company and client standards
• Attend site and progress review meetings
• Assist in variation works evaluation and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate records of labor, equipment, and site activities
