Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced accountant to manage a portfolio of CBRE clients’ properties in Trece Martires, Cavite. You will handle cash and accrual accounting, prepare financial statements, and oversee accounts payable/receivable and budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management accounting, real estate finance, or related industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in year-end audit and tax compliance.
• Strong understanding of property management and real estate development with high attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Amenable to work in Trece Martires, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for CBRE clients and properties.
• Process accounts payable and receivable; manage budgets and recurring journal entries.
• Coordinate with property manager to support budgeting, expense ledgers, and annual budgets.
• Ensure compliance with client accounting policies and internal controls.
• Respond to management and client inquiries and support audits and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with billing/collection and other teams to maintain accurate financial data.
