NEWBIG FOUR J CONSTRUCTION INC. in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, is hiring a Leasing Assistant for a full-time role to support leasing operations and deliver excellent service to owners and tenants.

You will process applications, coordinate viewings, manage documents, and assist with rent collection and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (real estate or property management a plus) and experience in leasing or related fields, with strong MS Office and property management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; real estate or property management qualifications are a plus.
• Experience in leasing, property management, or similar administrative role within real estate.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Process lease applications and tenant verifications.
• Schedule property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Maintain leasing documentation and tenant files.
• Prepare and distribute lease agreements and related legal documents.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and property owners.
• Assist with rent collection and payment processing.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding inspections and repairs.
• Prepare leasing reports and dashboards for management review.
• Support marketing of available residential properties across platforms.
• Provide administrative support to the leasing team and management.
