Job summary

TWIN CARDINAL REALTY CORPORATION is seeking a Property Leasing Assistant to join our Las Pinas, Metro Manila team on a full‑time basis. You will facilitate property viewings, process rental applications, and coordinate communications between landlords and tenants to support our leasing portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or related field, at least 1 year in residential leasing or customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration or related field preferred.
• 1+ year experience in residential property leasing or customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Assist in processing rental applications including document verification.
• Maintain property listings across marketing platforms.
• Provide admin support to leasing agents (scheduling, correspondence, filing).
• Handle initial tenant inquiries and relay information on properties, leases, and procedures.
• Prepare lease agreements and supporting documents with senior staff.
• Maintain communication between owners, tenants and internal teams.
• Perform property inspections and document conditions with photos and reports.
• Assist with rent collection procedures and leasing records.
• Support marketing initiatives for available properties, incl. social media updates.
