Job summary

ECAPro Outsourcing Corp. is seeking an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor/Contract Administrator (Onsite) in Makati.

You will report to the Director and manage estimating, QS and CA activities, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy. The role requires five years of construction estimating experience (two years for Australian projects), proficiency with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Buildertrend or Wunderbuild, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• ≥5 years estimating experience in construction; 2 years for Australian projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction process.
• Ability to liaise with external stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Cubit estimating tools.
• Proficient in SketchUp; PlusSpecs knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Buildertrend/Wunderbuild is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Advanced MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Team-or autonomous-working capability; detail-oriented.
• Graphic design skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and review drawings, tender docs, quantities and estimates.
• Prepare shop drawings, RFIs and RFQs as required.
• Review tender docs and understand client requirements.
• Quantify and prepare mark-up drawings using estimating software.
• Prepare cost estimates per Australian Standards or company format.
• Communicate with subcontractors and liaise with clients.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, budgets and related docs.
• Provide support to Project Manager on site operations.
• Organize construction and admin documents via email.
• Invoicing using Xero; manage pre/post-contract activities.
• Track design changes and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Communicate clearly and effectively; meet deadlines.
