enablesGROUP is seeking a Production Estimator to prepare accurate construction estimates, purchase orders, and site release packages for high-volume residential projects.

Working within a fast-paced production environment, the Estimator ensures homes are costed accurately, released on schedule, and delivered in line with budgets and supplier agreements. The role includes a hybrid work pattern with a Pasig office and opportunities for growth through in-house L&D programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume residential building environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Australia.
• Ability to interpret architectural, engineering, and structural drawings.
• Experience using Databuild or similar estimating software.

Job Title: Estimator (Residential Construction)
Location: Ortigas, Pasig, PH
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Hybrid | 3x Onsite, 2x WFH)

Job Summary

Working within a fast-paced production environment, the Production Estimator ensures homes are costed accurately, released on schedule, and delivered in accordance with company budgets, supplier agreements, construction standards, and project programmes.
