Job summary

Revaya is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our residential construction team in the Philippines. You will coordinate projects from pre-construction through execution, communicate with vendors, obtain pricing, assist with material procurement, and track progress using Buildertrend.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, Buildertrend experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Hands-on experience coordinating construction projects.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily project activities to help ensure construction projects remain on schedule.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and stores to obtain pricing, product availability, and project-related information.
Request and compare vendor quotes for materials and services.
Assist with material ordering and coordinate deliveries to meet project timelines.
Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks with vendors and internal team members.
Manage projects, schedules, documentation, and workflows using Buildertrend.
Review construction plans, specifications, and project documents to support project coordination activities.
Assist with preparing project documentation, proposals, and reports as needed.
Coordinate meetings and project-related communications between internal team members, vendors, and clients.
Maintain organized records using Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
