Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in construction, real estate, engineering, or process-driven environments.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with construction/project management software is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to Project Managers
• Maintain accurate trackers, logs, reports, and spreadsheets using Excel and Microsoft Office
• Organize and manage contracts, change orders, invoices, approvals, and project documentation
• Ensure all digital project files are complete, current, and consistently structured
• Enter, manage, and audit data within construction or project management platforms
• Support disciplined system usage (Buildertrend, Procore, JobTread, or similar platforms)
• Maintain standardized templates, workflows, and documentation processes
• Act as a steward of data accuracy, consistency, and system integrity
• Support purchasing coordination and vendor documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders
• Ensure project information is accessible, reliable, and decision-ready at all times
