Job summary

Besco Clark Philippines Group of Companies Corporation is seeking a Resident Service Assistant to support day-to-day property management, focusing on move-in and move-out processes. The role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail in handling documents and records.

The position involves coordinating move-in/out activities, guiding applicants, managing vehicle-related tasks, and preparing quotes for damages.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, Real Estate Management, or any related course.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented, especially in handling move-in/move-out documents and property records.
• Able to handle complaints, concerns, and grievances professionally and provide proper follow-up.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to prepare and review documents, reports, quotations, and other administrative records.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Move-in/move-out execution tasks (renewal/move-out confirmation remains with Marketing)
• Complaint and grievance response & follow-up
• Internet application intake guidance
• Vehicle Management
• Move-in document preparation/guidance and unit turnover management
• Prepare repair quotes for move-in/out damages (furniture, appliances, blinds, cabinet, etc.)
