Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a Turnover Assistant to support the turnover process for residential units. The role involves ensuring buyer eligibility before turnover and coordinating with the Technical Operations Group for unit handover to clients.

The ideal candidate has related real estate turnover experience, strong communication skills, and a background in punchlisting and quality control, and will be based in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Preferably experience as Turnover/Handover Assistant from a real estate company.
• With relevant experience in Punchlisting and Quality Control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• To ensure eligibility of buyers prior to turnover of units.
• To inspect and accept units from Technical Operations Group for turnover to clients.
• To assist buyers in the house turnover, move-in, inspection, rectification, and renovation in coordination with Technical Operations Group.
