Job summary

SM City Cauayan is seeking a Building Engineering Supervisor to oversee the mall's MEPFS and related systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. You will plan, supervise, repair, maintain, and replace electro-mechanical equipment, and manage engineering projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a professional license and prior supervisory experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, preferably in high-rise facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required, PE license preferred.
• Experience supervising electro-mechanical maintenance works.
• Experience managing facilities/equipment operations in high-rise buildings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the mall's equipment operations to provide utilities for the mall's operation; plan/execute repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems.
• Plan and supervise electro-mechanical engineering activities, including equipment operation/maintenance and engineering project management.
• Support tenants' utility requirements and enforce mall-wide regulations and policies.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in the supervision of the mall's equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall.
• Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management;
• Supports tenant's utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall wide regulations and policies.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Candidates must possess either a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - Professional License holder in the related field is required.
• Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• With working experience in line with managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment)
