Job summary

Swineland Inc. in Cavite City, Philippines, is seeking an on-site Research and Development Staff to develop and improve processed meat products and formulations.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Food Science, 1–3 years of related experience, and be a resident of Imus or nearby, with immediate availability.

You will work with production and QA, conduct product testing, document results, and help ensure safety and quality across our product range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of meat processing and food safety standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• 1–2 years work-related experience is a must.
• Resident of Imus or nearby location.
• Can start immediate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve processed meat products and formulations.
• Conduct product testing and sensory evaluations.

• Prepare technical reports and product documentation.

Job Description

Responsible for developing, testing, and improving meat products and production processes to ensure quality, safety, cost efficiency, and compliance with food regulations. Conducts product trials, monitors product performance, prepares documentation, and collaborates with production and quality assurance teams to support product innovation and continuous improvement.
