Job summary

South Meats in Imus, Cavite is seeking an PM Assistant Supervisor to help supervise daily meat production activities and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance. You will assist in training staff, monitor schedules, and oversee equipment usage while maintaining accurate production records.

The ideal candidate has a ≥2 years in meat processing or related fields, leadership abilities, and a willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Food Technology, Animal Science, Agriculture, Industrial Engineering, or related course.
• At least 2 years’ experience in food processing or meat production (preferably in a supervisory/lead role).
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when needed.
