IONOS Philippines, located in Cebu City, is seeking a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with web hosting, WordPress, and related services. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, calm professionalism, and target-driven performance in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates have 2nd year college or higher, some sales/customer service exposure, plus knowledge of CMS/WordPress and basic email troubleshooting. Shift work and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2nd year College Level or Graduate of any 2-year course.
• At least 6 months sales/customer service experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Website Development, Webhosting and Wordpress is an advantage.
• Content Management System is an advantage.
• Basic email knowledge and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Excellent English Communication Skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances.
• Highly Motivated and Target Driven.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
