Job summary

Deltek Systems (Philippines), Ltd. seeks a skilled Report Writer to create, maintain and analyze reports using our proprietary report writer, turning raw data into actionable insights for SMBs.

You will troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy and formatting, and collaborate with team members to improve report efficiency. This role requires willingness to work a mid shift (1pm to 10pm) in our Philippines operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience as a report writer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Power Shell, Visual Basic or other scripting languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex data in simple terms.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
• Familiarity with PDF form design and manipulation.
• Knowledge of payroll, accounting, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience with certified payroll or government compliance reporting is a plus.
• Willingness to work Mid Shift (1pm to 10pm)

Responsibilities

• Create and manage custom reports using report writer scripts.
• Collaborate with team members to improve report efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues in existing reports, including data accuracy, formatting, and calculation errors.
