Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Assistant Report Writer to support recurring and ad hoc business reporting from a remote setting in Metro Manila. You will gather and organize data, maintain templates, and ensure outputs meet client SLAs.

The role emphasizes QA, data validation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders across Millennium to enable timely reporting inputs and accurate insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in reporting, data administration, or business analysis support.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure reports are accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements.
• Ensure reporting outputs align with client SLAs, contractual obligations, and internal standards.
• Validate source data and investigate inconsistencies before report submission.
• Maintain reporting databases, trackers, and source files to ensure data integrity and auditability.
• Assist in preparing recurring and ad hoc business reports.
• Gather, consolidate, and organize data from various sources.
• Maintain report templates, schedules, documentation, and reporting records.
• Support report analysis and other reporting-related activities as assigned.
• Communicate reporting requirements, deadlines, and data requests to managers, stakeholders across Millennium, ensuring expectations are aligned with agreed client SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including State Managers, General Managers, and operational leaders, to facilitate collaboration and the timely provision of reporting inputs.
