Job summary

Deltek is seeking a skilled Report Writer to join our team in the Philippines. The role focuses on creating, maintaining and analyzing reports using our proprietary report writer to support small and medium-sized businesses, turning raw data into actionable insights for users.

You will collaborate with teammates to enhance report efficiency, troubleshoot issues and ensure data accuracy, formatting and calculations are correct, while communicating complex results clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience as a report writer or similar role.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Visual Basic or other scripting languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex data in simple terms.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
• Familiarity with PDF form design and manipulation.
• Knowledge of payroll, accounting, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience with certified payroll or government compliance reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage custom reports using report writer scripts.
• Collaborate with team members to improve report efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues in existing reports, including data accuracy, formatting, and calculation errors.
