Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Reporting Manager to join our GBS Record to Report team in Cebu, Philippines. This role leads a team of up to 10 analysts responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement.

You will modernize monthly reporting, ensure controls and audits compliance, and drive reporting transformations, with a 2nd shift (2:00 PM–11:00 PM) and an on-site start for six months before shifting to hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Financial accounting or FP&A knowledge across business areas.
• US GAAP knowledge in multinational environments.
• Experience leading larger or virtual teams; strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of general ledger and reporting technologies; awareness of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of accurate month end results, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare and modernize monthly financial reporting using available reporting tools and technology.
• Support compliance with internal controls and audit requirements, including SARBOX.
• Lead reporting process improvements and knowledge transfer activities; transition to standardized global processes.
• Provide guidance to a team of up to 10 analysts; support ad hoc analysis, Business Reviews, and issue resolution.
