Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Associate, Operations to support the daily production of reports, respond to client inquiries, and assist in building efficient reporting processes. This role analyzes projects and helps develop improved reports while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, familiarity with SQL/Oracle, and strong communication skills to collaborate with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with call center environments or similar operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of report development tools and data sources is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce ad hoc reports and trending data.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide consultation on reporting needs.
• Coordinate reporting processes and develop new reports/graphs.
• Update and maintain daily electronic reports and summaries.
• Distribute reports to internal and external clients via email/feeds.
• Develop reports on request and verify accuracy.
