• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales opportunities, projects, and proposal data to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
• Manage CRM records and coordinate updates with sales teams and business stakeholders.
• Own proposal and sales opportunity movement reporting, including stage progression, aging, conversion trends, and data quality monitoring.
• Support the Projects Reference Library through data collection, validation, and monthly refresh activities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Proposal, and Operations teams to improve data completeness, visibility, and reporting accuracy.
• Develop reports, scorecards, executive summaries, and business insights that support decision-making.
• Identify reporting gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Document business processes, data collection procedures, reporting standards, and operating guidelines to support continuous improvement initiatives.

If you are a Senior Lead Analyst, Business Intelligence professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role gives you the chance to make a direct impact on our business performance by ensuring the quality, completeness, and integrity of the data that powers reporting, analytics, and insights. In this role, you will support global Sales, Marketing, Pursuits & Proposals, Project Execution, and Lifecycle Services teams through data stewardship, business reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a critical role in maintaining CRM data, managing sales and projects information, analyzing proposals movement, supporting sales data refreshes, and delivering business insights that improve decision-making across the business.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
