Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a replenishment specialist to manage intercompany stock flows from TE plants to Distribution Centers, ensuring every customer order is delivered complete and on time.

You will drive procurement from requisition to PO release, partner with Planning, DC Operations and Customer Care, monitor KPIs, and implement cross-functional improvements to improve service, inventory efficiency, and delivery performance travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business, supply chain, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in MRP, procurement, and purchasing (3–5 years).
• Detail-oriented with ability to communicate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct intercompany material flows for TE plants and Distribution Centers.
• Procurement execution from requisition to PO release to ensure stock replenishment.
• Ensure on-time, issue-free customer orders and coordinate with customer care.
• Analyze and resolve order issues, exceptions, and returns.
• Monitor KPIs: Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
• Identify improvements through cross-functional collaboration to boost service and delivery.
• Maintain accurate master data for performance and governance.

Job description

This role is responsible for managing stock replenishment from various TE Plants to our Distribution Centers, ensuring adequate inventory levels. A key focus is to guarantee every customer order is delivered in full and on time, prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficient replenishment cycles. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with the Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care teams.

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:

• Direct intercompany material flows for assigned TE plants and Distribution Centers.
• Manage and execute procurement activities, from purchase requisition to purchase order release, ensuring timely stock replenishment from intercompany plants.
• Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery by executing manual delivery orders and conducting regular reviews with customer care.
• Analyze and resolve critical issues such as exception messages, blocked customer orders, and customer returns.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements through cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer service, inventory efficiency, or delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate key master data attributes for performance accuracy and robust system governance

Educational Degree:

• Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

Qualifications:

• Japanese speaking skills
• SAP (or other ERP software) – 3-5 years
• Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing – 3-5 years
• Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 3-5 years
• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines and travel when necessary
