Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Stock Replenishment Specialist to manage intercompany material flows from TE plants to Distribution Centers, ensuring inventory levels and on-time delivery of customer orders.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care, oversight of procurement activities, and regular KPI reporting to optimize replenishment cycles and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of MRP, procurement, and purchasing processes.
• Experience in supply chain planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct intercompany material flows for TE plants and Distribution Centers.
• Manage procurement activities from requisition to PO release to ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery by coordinating with customer care.
• Analyze and resolve issues such as exception messages, blocked orders, and returns.
• Monitor KPIs including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
• Identify and implement cross-functional improvements to enhance service and delivery.

Job description

This role is responsible for managing stock replenishment from various TE Plants to our Distribution Centers, ensuring adequate inventory levels. A key focus is to guarantee every customer order is delivered in full and on time, prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficient replenishment cycles. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with the Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care teams.

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:

• Direct intercompany material flows for assigned TE plants and Distribution Centers.
• Manage and execute procurement activities, from purchase requisition to purchase order release, ensuring timely stock replenishment from intercompany plants.
• Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery by executing manual delivery orders and conducting regular reviews with customer care.
• Analyze and resolve critical issues such as exception messages, blocked customer orders, and customer returns.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements through cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer service, inventory efficiency, or delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate key master data attributes for performance accuracy and robust system governance

Educational Degree:

• Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

Qualifications:

• SAP (or other ERP software) - 3-5 years
• Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing - 3-5 years
• Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management - 3-5 years
• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines and travel when necessary
