Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporate Office Philippines is seeking a procurement and supply chain specialist to manage intercompany material flows across TE plants and distribution centers. You will handle requisitions, PO releases, and stock replenishment to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires 3–5 years experience in SAP/ERP, MRP, and procurement, with strong data analysis skills and Japanese language ability. Travel may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience with SAP or ERP software.
• 3-5 years experience in MRP, procurement, and purchasing.
• 3-5 years experience in planning and SCM.
• Strong spreadsheet analysis and math skills.

Job description

Direct intercompany material flows for assigned TE plants and Distribution Centers.

Manage and execute procurement activities, from purchase requisition to purchase order release, ensuring timely stock replenishment from intercompany plants.

Ensure on-time, issue‑free customer order delivery by executing manual delivery orders and conducting regular reviews with customer care.

Analyze and resolve critical issues such as exception messages, blocked customer orders, and customer returns.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.

Proactively identify and implement improvements through cross‑functional collaboration to enhance customer service, inventory efficiency, or delivery performance.

Maintain accurate key master data attributes for performance accuracy and robust system governance

Qualifications:

Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

Japanese‑Speaking

SAP (or other ERP software) – 3-5 years

Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing – 3-5 years

Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 3-5 years

Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.

Must be detail‑oriented and able to communicate with cross‑functional teams.

Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines and travel when necessary
