Job summary

Robinsons Appliances Corp. is seeking a Distribution Planning Manager to lead end-to-end distribution from distribution centers to stores, translating forecasts into allocation and replenishment plans. You will drive inventory optimization, collaborate across merchandising, supply chain, logistics and warehouses, analyze stock movement and KPIs, and mentor a team of planners.

This role requires 5+ years in distribution planning and strong SAP/JDA experience within retail appliances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in distribution planning, supply chain planning, or inventory management, preferably in retail/appliances.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, planning tools, or inventory platforms.
• Proficiency with SAP and JDA.
• Advanced Excel skills and data/report handling.
• Strong coordination and communication across teams.
• Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
