Private Advertiser is seeking a highly analytical Planner and Data Analyst to support our Supply Chain Management team in Manila. The role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights to improve forecasting, procurement, inventory planning, logistics efficiency, and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate has a finance background, exceptional Excel skills, and experience building dashboards and models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, SCM, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Demand Planning.
• Finance background with understanding of financial statements, costing, and variance analysis.
• Excellent Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, VBA/Macros an advantage).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes such as demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain, procurement, and inventory data to generate insights that improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance indicators for supply chain and financial metrics.
• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning through modeling and scenario analysis.
• Conduct cost analysis, financial modeling, and variance assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to support strategic and tactical decisions.
• Perform root-cause analysis on supply chain disruptions, variances, and workflow inefficiencies.
• Automate manual reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, macros, and data visualization tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all supply chain datasets and reporting platforms.
• Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
