RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute timely and accurate distribution to stores based on demand forecasts and sales trends.

• Drive high On-Shelf Availability (OSA) while maintaining optimal stock levels across all locations.

• Identify and address slow-moving, excess, and aging stocks to improve inventory efficiency.

• Coordinate closely with logistics and store teams to guarantee timely and accurate stock transfers.

• Proactively respond to replenishment needs and ensure product availability to enhance overall customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in distribution planning, inventory management, or supply chain operationS

• Strong background in retail or FMCG/appliance distribution is an advantage

• Skilled in data analysis, forecasting, and inventory planning

• Proficient in Excel and basic reporting tools

• Good communication skills in English and Filipino

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
