The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in demand planning or related fields, strong data analytics skills, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with ERP or inventory software is a plus in a mid-sized company environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in demand planning or inventory management; forecasting experience a plus.
• Knowledgeable in data analytics, forecasting and planning.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; inventory planning systems a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
• Excellent attention to detail and cross-functional communication.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a medium-sized business.

Responsibilities

• Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to generate accurate demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align forecasts with promotions, product launches, and customer insights.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely replenishment from international suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and provide recommendations to minimize overstocking or stockouts.
• Maintain master data accuracy for SKUs including lead times, safety stock, and MOQ.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for demand planning and inventory performance.
• Participate in monthly S&OP meetings.
• Support continuous improvement in the supply chain process.

The Demand Planner will play a key role in balancing inventory levels, minimizing stockouts, and ensuring product availability by generating accurate demand forecasts. This role collaborates closely with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to support operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to generate accurate demand forecasts.

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align forecasts with promotional activities, product launches, and customer insights.

• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely replenishment of stock from international suppliers.

• Monitor stock levels and provide recommendations to minimize overstocking or stockouts.

• Maintain master data accuracy for SKUs (Stock Keeping Units), including lead times, safety stock, and MOQ.

• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for demand planning and inventory performance.

• Participate in monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.

• Support continuous improvement efforts in the supply chain process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, forecast and planning (experience in importation or distribution is a plus).

• Knowledgeable in data analytics, forecast and planning

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (experience with inventory planning systems a plus).

• Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a medium-sized business setup.
