SPX Express in Manila is seeking a facilities manager to oversee repairs and maintenance of electromechanical systems at the hub. You will coordinate with procurement and vendors to plan and execute projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 3–5 years of relevant experience including contract management, and is proficient in AutoCAD with strong English and Filipino communication. Travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in contract management.
• Facilities management and process improvement experience is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Strong communication in English and Filipino.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in logistics company is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Overall in charge with the facilities/hub related repairs (MEPFS).
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance of applicable electromechanical system.
• Prepare Scope of works, initiate coordination with procurement and vendors for all facilities related repairs and projects.
• Manage and oversee repair and improvement projects within the facility/hub.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prevent operational disruptions.
