Toyota Motor Philippines seeks a Repair Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and diagnostics support to the Visayas dealer network from their Mandaue South, Cebu office.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing repair support for complex vehicle issues to Visayas dealer network via remote diagnostics or on-site visits.
• Creating Technical Reports for assisted cases and Field Evaluation Reports for safety-related cases.
• Coordinating with Toyota Internal Affiliates on Customer Handling and Marketing activities.
• Collaborating with Toyota Regional Affiliates and Dealer Network to improve repair assistance programs.
• Facilitating serviceability Kaizen requests to Regional affiliates to address market concerns.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
• Basic knowledge in automotive repair and diagnosis.
• Valid Philippines Driver's License.
• Customer-focused with ability to develop and sustain productive relationships.
• Technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas, keeping up with current developments.
• Effective communication skills to clearly convey information and engage audiences.
• Strong time and resource management skills.
• Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure and handle stress appropriately.
• Technical report writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Office, Forms, Outlook, Presentations).
• Knowledge of SAP application and Vehicle Diagnostic Software is an advantage.
