Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a REO Eviction Coordinator to oversee eviction and occupancy resolution for REO properties after foreclosure. You will coordinate attorneys and vendors, monitor inspections and vacancy status, and ensure compliance with investor requirements to achieve timely access.

The role demands strong organizational, communication, and follow-up abilities, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and servicing platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in REO, foreclosure, default servicing, eviction coordination, or property preservation.
• Knowledge of foreclosure, eviction, and post-sale timelines and requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in servicing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the REO eviction process, including legal evictions and CFK programs, in accordance with investor and client guidelines.
• Review inspection results for vacancies and ensure PPE tasks are launched per state requirements.
• Communicate with field agents and vendors regarding tasks and confirm completion, including lockout and preservation.
• Review agent notes for damages, vacancy status updates, occupancy issues, and CFK requests.
• Monitor asset inspections to keep tasks current and address overdue tasks with field agents.
• Maintain regular communication with eviction attorneys and update records at least biweekly.
• Track eviction milestones and ensure attorney updates are timely.
• Review and maintain eviction documentation (NTQ, NTV, complaints, court filings, possession documents).
• Coordinate and negotiate CFK offers with occupants per investor guidelines.
• Follow state requirements and coordinate with foreclosure attorneys on redemption periods and post-sale actions.
• Maintain accurate system notes, reporting, and status updates for stakeholders and clients.
• Escalate delays, compliance concerns, or contested occupancy matters as needed.
