Job summary

eTeam Workforce Private Corporation Philippines is seeking a Telemarketer to serve as the first point of contact for clients eligible for policy renewal. You will coordinate upcoming renewals and help ensure accounts are renewed 45 days before expiry.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferred (any course).
• At least 6 months of telemarketing or telesales experience.
• Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to clients regarding policy renewals.
• Influence policyholders to renew their insurance coverage.
• Coordinate with clients and Account Executives via phone and email.
• Use prepared scripts to explain policy details and address renewal concerns.
• Ask relevant questions to understand client needs and requirements.
• Handle incoming inquiries related to policy renewals.
• Accurately record client requirements and follow up on sales requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agents to ensure smooth renewal processing.
