GoTeam in the Philippines is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage customer renewal contracts and data accuracy for a US-based client. You will stage renewals in the system, ensure data consistency, and support audit-ready documentation while aligning with renewal cycles.

The role emphasizes Excel-driven precision, structured workflows, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Night shifts (10:30 PM–7:30 AM PH Time) from a stable home-office setup are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration and data management.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and consistency in repetitive tasks.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, reporting.
• Strong written and spoken English, good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
