Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to drive collections efficiency and improve financial processes across global operations. The role supports automation initiatives, provides mentorship, and offers meaningful career growth within a top-tier outsourcing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, credit management, or related finance operations.
• Experience in a finance or shared services environment.
• Experience with collections software and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Bad Debt Management & Recovery: execute write-offs and work with third-party agencies as needed.
• Financial Accuracy & Reporting: maintain invoices, settlements, and litigation records; generate reports on bad debt and recoveries.
• Stakeholder & Partner Coordination: build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: support standardization, automation initiatives, and update procedures.
• Operational Support & Special Projects: resolve service tickets and participate in special projects as required.
