Job summary

AvePoint in Metro Manila is seeking a Maintenance Renewal Representative to ensure current customers renew their annual maintenance contracts on time and see ongoing value from AvePoint products.

The role involves managing renewals, coordinating with sales and cross-functional teams, and maintaining knowledge of pricing. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of related experience are preferred, with a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of urgency in a high-volume environment.
• Amenable to hybrid work (3x onsite, 2x WFH).

Responsibilities

• Manage sales of existing customers.
• Ensure timely renewals with existing customers.
• Coordinate with sales executives on account management and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Forecast and maintain ongoing and upcoming sales.
• Follow up with quoted customers until renewals are closed.
• Track cancellations and reasons for cancellations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and pricing to close sales.
• Identify and transfer leads to sales departments.
