Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to back the Behind the Meter sales team from a remote setup. You’ll handle customer administration, CRM updates, contracts, rebates, and finance applications, ensuring a smooth, professional customer experience.

Key duties include maintaining records in systems, preparing reports, and assisting with sales queues. A tertiary qualification in Marketing/Sales and 3+ years in sales coordination are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Experience in sales coordination and administration.
• Proficient with CRM platforms; HubSpot or Genesys preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales consultants.
• Maintain accurate customer information and deal stages in CRM and systems.
• Prepare and issue contracts; process rebate and finance applications.
• Create basic sales activity reports, lead updates, and pipeline summaries.
• Support handovers between sales, operations and installation teams.
