Job summary

COMMSEC INC. is seeking an on-site QC/documentation specialist with experience in renewable energy projects. The role involves handling QC docs, closing out site SORs/NCRs/RFIs with rectification, and organizing/archiving construction records. You will act as a Permit Receiver on site and must communicate effectively with the Owner.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills and can work independently. Willing to be assigned in Lapulapu, Cebu; start date ASAP is a plus.

• Experience in renewable energy projects.
• Ability to independently prepare QC documents and communicate with Owner.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling QC documentation and other related paperwork.
• Following up and closing out site SORs, NCRs, and RFIs, including the required rectification work and documentation.
• Organizing, archiving, and handing over construction and QC documents.
• Serving as a Permit Receiver on site.
• Available to start ASAP and willing to be assigned in Lapulapu, Cebu.
