Job summary

NAC Energy Inc. is seeking a Project Based Electrical QAQC Specialist to support the QAQC Supervisor on a Solar Power Plant project in the Philippines. You will monitor electrical works, verify conformance to drawings and standards, and drive closure of non-conformances to prevent rework and delays.

You will work with site teams, review ITPs and test plans, witness testing, and maintain accurate QA/QC records for turnover documentation and client approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (PRC) preferred/required.
• Minimum 2 years in electrical QA/QC or construction.
• Experience with solar/renewable energy projects a plus.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily QA/QC inspections of electrical works per drawings and standards.
• Review ITPs, method statements, and material submittals before implementation.
• Witness electrical testing and commissioning activities and verify results.
• Identify and close non-conformances and punch list items.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and test documentation.
• Review as-built drawings and quality dossiers for client submission.
• Participate in site quality walkdowns, audits, and meetings.
• Monitor compliance with Philippine Electrical Code, IEC, IEEE, and specs.
• Assist QAQC Supervisor with tasks to ensure safe, compliant installation.
