Job summary

COMMSEC INC. is seeking a QA/QC documentation coordinator for renewable energy projects in the Philippines. The role focuses on preparing and organizing QC paperwork on site and ensuring timely closure of site SORs, NCRs, and RFIs with rectification where needed.

The successful candidate will serve as a Permit Receiver on site and maintain strong communication with the Owner, coordinating document handovers and archiving. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy projects.
• Able to independently prepare QC documents and communicate with Owner.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling QC documentation and related paperwork.
• Following up and closing out site SORs, NCRs, and RFIs, including rectification work and documentation.
• Organizing, archiving, and handing over construction and QC documents.
• Serving as a Permit Receiver on site.
