Job summary

Bureau Veritas Philippines is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Officer to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of renewable energy projects. The PMO will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with client requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, Business Admin, Construction Management, or related field.
• PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, controls, or administration.
• Experience supporting renewable energy, power, engineering consultancy, or technical services projects.
• Exposure to Solar PV, Wind Energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Power Generation and Transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of renewable energy projects.
• Coordinate activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, action trackers, and milestone reports.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule or resource conflicts.
• Prepare status reports and track KPIs, budgets, and resources.
• Maintain documentation, governance, and version control.
• Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and ensure action items are closed out.
• Manage risk registers and quality assurance activities.
