Job summary

Rubii is seeking an experienced Xero Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day bookkeeping for our company. This is a fully remote, part-time role with an immediate start and flexible hours, roughly 20–22 hours per month.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of bookkeeping experience, expert knowledge of Xero, and significant experience handling international and multi-currency transactions. You will check the accounts inbox daily and reconcile Xero twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Expert knowledge of Xero accounting software.
• Significant experience with international and multi-currency transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Responsive to inquiries within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Check and action the accounts inbox once each business day.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts in Xero.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable at least twice per week.
• Enter supplier invoices and reconcile international/multi-currency transactions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for management.
• Liaise with Hong Kong accountants and authorities during audits.
• Assist with annual audit processes.
• Respond to inbox enquiries within 24 hours.
