Pearl Talent is hiring a remote Bookkeeper to support US-hours operations for growing businesses. The role covers full-cycle bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial reporting, with emphasis on accuracy and independent work in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2+ years of bookkeeping experience,熟 and fluency in English, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online or Xero. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling across time zones and opportunities to collaborate

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Full-cycle bookkeeping including AP, AR, reconciliations, reporting.
• Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Experience with US-based businesses or financial standards.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal English, able to work independently remotely.

Responsibilities

• Record and categorize daily financial transactions.
• Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts.
• Process vendor bills and manage AP; issue invoices and track AR.
• Support month-end close and prepare basic financial statements.
• Assist payroll processing and tax documentation as needed.
