Job summary

RecruitGo Careers is seeking a detail-oriented Workplace Investigations Paralegal to support a US-based legal team. You will review documents, summarize interviews, prepare investigation reports, and help ensure records are accurate and complete.

The role requires 5+ years in paralegal work with US employment law exposure, certification, and strong English communication. Remote setup with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM US Central time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant paralegal or investigations experience.
• Paralegal certification is required.
• Experience with US employment law or HR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take notes, review documents, and summarize interviews.
• Prepare investigation timelines, reports, and related documents.
• Identify key facts and verify investigation findings, including AI-generated reports.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate investigation requirements.
• Manage case records using Clio and organize documents in SharePoint.
• Use AI tools to support reporting and document review.
• Assist with administrative tasks and firm marketing activities as needed.
