Peak Support is seeking a Workforce Scheduler in the Philippines to ensure optimal staffing and operational efficiency. You will design and maintain schedules, monitor trends, and collaborate with WFM and Operations to meet client needs.

This remote, full-time role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with WFM tools, and the ability to adapt to shifting demands. You’ll communicate across teams, produce insights, and support service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workforce management or scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in WFM tools and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Highly flexible and responsive to changing business needs and client requirements.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and maintain staffing schedules for optimal coverage across shifts.
• Adjust schedules proactively based on staffing requirements and trends.
• Collaborate with WFM Capacity Planner and Operations to ensure resources are used effectively.
• Liaise with Operations leaders to confirm schedules and resolve conflicts.
• Track shrinkage and maintain healthy staffing levels with actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reports to monitor performance for leadership.
• Continuously evaluate scheduling processes and propose efficiency improvements.
