Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking an HRIS Implementation professional to independently configure HRIS modules and manage client interactions. You will contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise and ensure successful post-go-live support.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring modules, conducting demos and UAT, delivering training, and preparing project documents. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effective client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Workday Core HCM Certification (required).
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.

• Configuration & Data Migration: configure and test modules to meet client requirements and support data migration.
• Client Engagement: conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review and feedback.
• Training & Documentation: deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs, training materials, and project docs.
• Post-Go-Live Support: resolve post-implementation issues within SLAs and implement minor enhancements.

Role Summary

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
