Sporticulture is seeking a Warehouse Implementation Expert to drive the establishment of their in-house fulfillment warehouse. This fully remote role involves overseeing the design, planning, and construction of warehouse operations from start to finish, including layout design and workflow development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and proven skills in setting up and launching fulfillment centers. No on-site travel is required, making it a remote project-based engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of setting up fulfillment warehouses end-to-end.
• Hands-on implementation experience in a high-volume eCommerce operation.
• Experience leading teams through warehouse setup phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning, and build-out of warehouse operations.
• Conduct thorough product catalog and order volume assessments.
• Design inbound and outbound workflows including assembly and kitting.
