RemoteVA PH is seeking a detail-oriented Walmart Listing Specialist to manage product listings on Walmart Marketplace from a remote location. The role focuses on creating accurate listings, optimizing content, and maintaining catalog health to drive visibility and sales.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Walmart Seller Center, catalog management, and listing optimization. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently across time zones are essential for success

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Walmart Seller Center.
Experience with product listing optimization and catalog management.
Familiarity with Walmart Marketplace guidelines and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Create, upload, and maintain product listings on Walmart Marketplace.
Set up new products including titles, descriptions, bullet points, attributes and categories.
Manage product variations (size, color, style) and perform bulk uploads.
Optimize titles, descriptions, features, and keywords to improve visibility and conversions.
Navigate and manage daily tasks within Walmart Seller Center and troubleshoot issues.
Update inventory quantities and pricing while monitoring stock availability.
Prepare reports on catalog status, sales trends, and optimization efforts.
