Job summary

SMA PH NewCo, Inc. is hiring an Onboarding & Platform Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding for agency and reseller partners onto our white-label Voice AI platform. You’ll conduct kickoff calls, capture use cases, and drive go-live readiness with branding, DNS, and account setup.

You will deploy templates, test integrations, and train partners through live sessions and SOPs, while tracking progress and blockers in our project management system. This is a work-from-home role in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client onboarding, implementation, solutions, or customer success roles at a SaaS company, agency, or Voice AI company.
• Hands-on experience with Voice AI and automation platforms such as Vapi, Retell AI, Synthflow, GoHighLevel, or similar.
• Experience with GoHighLevel agency/sub-account setup, SaaS Mode, snapshots, and rebilling is preferred.
• Experience connecting platforms to CRMs using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, API keys, and OAuth; able to read API docs and test calls in Postman.
• Experience configuring CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or GHL).
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or n8n. Working knowledge of A2P 10DLC and Twilio is a plus.
• Basic DNS, domains knowledge; basic JavaScript or Python is a plus for simple scripts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding of new agency and reseller partners onto the white-label Voice AI platform, from kickoff to go-live.
• Run kickoff and discovery calls to capture use cases, scripts, branding, CRM, calendars, and success metrics.
• Set up partner accounts and branding: custom domains, DNS records, branded logins, logos, colors, sub-accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Deploy and customize Voice AI templates and snapshots for each partner and clients.
• Connect Voice AI agents to CRMs and tools via REST APIs and native integrations; test data flows.
• Build integrations in Zapier, Make, or n8n when needed; hand complex API work to Solutions Engineer.
• Provision numbers and complete A2P 10DLC registration; manage Trust Hub profiles and rejections.
• Set up rebilling, pricing plans, and usage limits; run test calls and go-live checklists.
• Train partners through live sessions, walkthroughs, SOPs, and help-center articles.
• Track progress, deadlines, and blockers in project management tool or CRM; escalate platform bugs as needed.
• Monitor onboarding metrics and collect partner feedback for improvements; ensure privacy and TCPA compliance.
